Large detached chalet in an excellent position.
all rooms are spacious and have ensuite facilities.
relaxing, homely living/dining area on the top floor of the chalet, offering wonderful views of the surrounding mountains, 2 balconies.
Facilities and Layout
Chalet comprises of 9 bedrooms, twins or doubles each having a shower, loo and washbasin.
the chalet is split between 3 floors and each floor has a seperate entrance offering extra privacy.
the large open plan living, dining, kitchen is on the top floor of the chalet, has lots of comfy sofas and is extremley cosy, comfortable and homely.
outside the chalet there is parking.
we have ski and boot store with boot warmers.
Location
well located opposite the bottom of 2 ski runs, the lifts are a 4 minute walk, lifts take 7 or 9 minutes to reach the skiing, ski back on either a red or black run to just opposite the chalet.
the chalet is in the delightful village of Le Praz, Courchevel 1300, the village has a year round population and its full of character and charm.
the ski area of the 3 valleys provides the largest interconnected ski area in the world and provides all levels of skiers with a huge choice of runs and terrain.
